1. How can I contact you?

2. Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from trusted fulfillment partners in the US, EU, and Asia (varies by product and stock). Your order may ship from the location that delivers fastest.
3. How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Typical delivery is 5–12 business days depending on your location and the item. You’ll see estimated times at checkout.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Final shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.
5. Will I get tracking?
Absolutely. We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can help within a short window after purchase (before fulfillment starts). Email us ASAP with your order number; once an order is processed, we can’t modify it.
7. What is your refund policy? (30-day)
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the delivery date for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. Once approved and the item is received back, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error).
8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll replace or refund according to our policy.
9. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If tracking shows no movement beyond the carrier’s normal timeframe, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund when confirmed lost.
10. Are duties/taxes included in my order total?
Local customs duties or VAT may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
